So there is a giveaway in which we had to pick our favorite blog post from an author's website. It isn't a happy blog post by any means, but it is the one that meant the most to me. So, this was mine: http://maggiestiefvater.blogspot.com/se arch/label/when%20words%20aren%27t%20eno ugh
It's been a long road. Sometimes I have grown tired, but I just keep on breathing. There are so many thoughts in my head, and I really don't know how to write them all down. I don't think the sentences would be coherent. Here's a list of songs instead:
The Civil Wars: Poison and Wine
Sia: Breathe Me
The Black Crowes: She Talks To Angels
Matt Duke: Sex and Reruns
Anna Nalick: Catalyst
Sara McLachlan: Angel
Coldplay: Fix You
Matchbox Twenty: Hang
That's not even the tip of the song iceberg, but right now they are on repeat. Thank you for the amazing entry Maggie. When I first read Shiver I felt like I connected with the pages of the book on a deeper level. It reminds me of how I feel when I read Hold Still by Nina LaCour or when I recently watched Archie's Final Project. Even though the theme is dark, there is a flickering light at the end of the story. Don't blow out that candle!

First post since I deleted my old journal almost two years ago. Right now I'm just trying to figure out how to put in images and what not. This is a lot harder to work than I remember. I wanted this picture to be my background, but I can't figure out how to do it. Anyways, hopefully when I'm done it will look good. I'm basically on here to keep up with the communities for the books I read, and to find reviews etc. Maybe I'll use it as a journal like last time, but I haven't decided yet. Alas, my head is a confusing and slightly depressing place to be.
